Let us help eliminate the stress and frustration induced by this lengthy task. We offer babysitters in the GTA, York and Halton/Peel region who are experienced and qualified in child care. We assess your children’s needs and requirements and find the perfect match for your family.
All our babysitters are screened prior to being hired. We conduct thorough background checks on all our employees. We also require all our sitters to be First Aid/CPR certified. Your children are always safe and secure under our care.
How does Savvy Xperts find a sitter?
Savvy Xperts will send a representative to meet your children and assess their needs, or we simply conduct an assessment over the phone. We create a detailed profile with relevant information pertaining to your children’s care. We find a match for you based on your profile and provide a sitter based on age, qualifications and skills.
If you prefer, you are also able to find your own sitter by logging onto our babysitter’s profile. We have each sitter’s profile, and you are able to make a choice as to which sitter would be right for your family. You may call the office to receive more information.
What makes you a better alternative? Why can’t I just hire my own babysitter?
Finding an experienced babysitter who is honest and reliable is very difficult. Furthermore, the process can become extremely time consuming and expensive. We work as the middle man by doing all the work for you. We conduct extensive background checks on all our employees because your children’s safety is of utmost importance. We offer a sense of security and relaxation when it comes to your children’s care.
What are your charges?
Our rates vary according to location, age of children being looked after, and the frequency of babysitting services. Please call the office for further details on our rates.
If I like my sitter, can I hire him/her privately and pay you a fee?
All our employees are contracted to work for Savvy Xperts solely; thus, this is not possible at the moment. Parents also have the security of knowing that if emergency situations arise and their sitter is unavailable, Savvy Xperts can always provide a temporary and experienced replacement to fill in for the primary sitter.
How do I know your sitters are reliable?
These are the requirements for all our sitters prior to employment:
- At least one year of previous experience in child care industry
- Background check completed showing NO criminal history
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Possess a minimum of three references
- At least two reference letters describing past experience
- Pre-screening phone call
- If driving is required, must possess a valid driver’s license with no offenses and automobile insurance
- Must be in good health, both physically and mentally
- Ability to work well with children and provide a caring environment
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
